Job Description:

Our Client has multiple vacancies for the post of Development Manager.  Selected candidates will be placed in Mumbai location in the various offices of the Company, suiting each candidate.  This is a permanent job with the initial probation period of six months.

Candidates will undergo training in the products of the Company and how to go about the sale of products.

Candidates employed in listed Companies or large unlisted Private Limited Companies, in the field of sales, with a minimum of two years' actual sales experience may apply. To be successful the candidate will require not only a flair for sales, but interest in meeting people with a large circle of contacts and networking with them.

Candidates in the age group of 24 years to 45 years, with a minimum of undergraduate Degree, and having residence in Mumbai and its suburbs may apply. 

The Development Manager will appoint licensed Insurance Agents to work with him.  The team will sell Life Insurance products to individuals.  The Development Manager will guide the Agents working with him in developing business.
