About Us:

Nexus Corporation is a boutique Contingency Search firm which recruits experienced professionals for permanent as well as contract jobs for corporations in India and overseas especially in Japan. Focusing on distinct vertical markets, Nexus has been designed to assist clients and candidates in disciplines such as Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Legal and Compliance.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and fluent English to work overseas in Germany with a small but growing R&D Software Solutions Company. This is a permanent job opportunity and Visa to work in Berlin, Germany will be sponsored by our client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Development of complex PHP5 applications based on the Zend Framework as part of a small team.
  2. Independent conception and development of PHP-based prototypes.
  3. Review, safeguarding and enhancement of existing applications.

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  1. You have at least 2 years of experience with object-oriented programming as well as MVC and other software design patterns.
  2. You have an excellent knowledge of PHP 5.3 and database handling (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  3. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, SQL, SVN, Unit Tests, Debian
  4. Experience with Zend Framework or ExtJs is helpful.
  5. Fluent written and spoken English required.
  6. Knowledge of German is an added advantage
