Client:

Our Client is a mid-size Indian Software Development Company with Offices in the USA and UK. The Company is located in Mumbai in the Andheri area.

Senior PowerBuilder Developer

Positions:

4 (Four)

Job Location:

Selected candidates will be initially deputed to work at client site in the USA for 3 months on B.1 Visa.  On return to India at the end of the Visa period of 3 months, the candidate will again be deputed to the USA for another 3 to 4 months on H1.B Visa.  Subsequently he will be working in Mumbai , India on long term basis.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with PowerBuilder 10.5 applications with extensive use of PFC.
• 5+ years of experience with large Oracle Database, experience in developing and maintaining stored procedures and packages using dynamic SQL, and performance tuning.
• Experience with MS SQL Server
• Experience with Oracle Gateway accessing MS SQL Server and Samba.
• Perl script understanding is a plus
• Experience with PowerBuilder OLE automation is a plus.
• Previous experience in Reinsurance applications that were using RMS or AIR models is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to be a team player as well as demonstrate flexibility.
• Ability to travel on short notice
• Sybase PowerBuilder Certification is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
