The Company is in the field of Healthcare Advisory, information and related activities. The American Corporation is the largest in the world in its chosen field. The Indian venture in based and located in Andheri, Mumbai.

Job Description

Our Client has currently an opening available for a senior engineer to lead a technical team for software development. Candidates with 7+ years experience in working on .NET Framework with C# with the following technical qualifications may please apply.

Essential Skills

• Experience of working for overall 7+ years on software development
• 4+ years of hands on development experience in .NET frameworks in C#
• Must have worked as a team / module lead for 2+ years
• Must possess good understanding of Object Oriented concepts and popular design patterns
• Must be fundamentally sound on web concepts like HTTP, proxies, cookies, sessions, SSL
• Must have development experience in AJAX
• Must have hands on experience in developing web services
• Must be capable of understanding UML models and translating them to implementation
• Effective communication is a must
• Onsite US experience will be considered as a plus

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for managing a development team of 3 initially
• Will be involved in requirement analysis discussions with the business, communicating them effectively to developers and QA, estimation, status reporting
• Will be responsible for maintaining design documents, enforcing implementation in sync with design and development of critical components
• Will be directly responsible for ensuring that all internal processes and guidelines are followed by the team
• Will be directly responsible for the quality of delivery
• Will necessitate timely interaction with the business stake holders and project managers
